x1 network packet loss issues august 2014.

once again, this xbox one all in wanna be entertainment system network crashed or something, for the past week of august 2014 I've been getting packet loss and my upload is so bad. i called their supported line and talked to them is like my *** talking to
a wall. they can't fix *** or like those stupid *** reading off a piece of paper to me over and over. I'm here and just wanted to see if any of y'all are getting this old problems. thanks a bunch

Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

Hello sir and sorry to hear about the network connections you are experiencing. I myself experienced the exact same problem and what I can suggest to you is unplug your xbox then your router and modem and leave unplugged for 10-30 minutes and that should
fix the problem. Otherwise it may be a network issue with your xbox getting allowed internet access so if the first suggestion does not work then contact your internet service provider and hopefully they could shed a bit of light on the problem at hand. Anyway
sir I hope I helped in anyway and if not more or less try and contact microsoft to see if something is wrong with the console itself.

 

try tio get the newest firmware for your Router/Modem then try again

 

Im having the same problem and when u call them they act like its something wrong with are internet and then they give u the run around

 

i called my internet provider, everything is fine, check with other console, it's fine but when come to this piece of x1, i get all kind of problems.
