    X1 Keeps Changing TV Code


    Hey all. To start, I recently noticed my X1 TV voice commands failing to register after saying a command. Id say a command, get a pop-up on the screen for the command, but then nothing would happen. After some troubleshooting, I find out I need to reenter
    my TV & Cable box information. After doing so, everything works fine...for about 5 minutes. I believe the problem comes from the Xbox changing my TV code. It SHOULD be programed for LG T1423, but it keeps changing my code to a variety of other LG TV codes...which
    is what I think is disrupting my TV commands. Any suggestions out there on how I can resolve this issue?

    Watching Sky sports through X1 is unbearable

    Recently purchased and setup the X1 to watch Sky TV. However any constant movement is unbearable to watch with loads of jerking mainly sports.

    Is there a fix for this? Tried changing settings both on the X1 and TV.

    X1 Platform/Xbox One Set Up

    So I have tried all of the suggestions in this thread with no success. I have a Comcast X1 box model number PX013ANM. I have a 3 head IR emitter plugged in to the Xbox One. I have tried manually entering my model number and remote code as well as changing
    the model to X1. It also doesn't control my TV (Sony KDL-40W4100) even after trying all 4 codes from the website listed above. Neither the Xbox controller or the Xbox One remote will work to change the channel or the volume of the TV.

    Any ideas?

    Deciding to go all digital. have a few questions.

    The new Plex app for X1 will recognise your iTunes files and also you can plug an Apple TV device into the TV in socket and do it that way. 1TB external should keep you out of Trouble for a while

    I am using a DirecTV H24-500 receiver connected to a Samsung 46 inch LED HD TV (full 1080p capable). I don't the exact model, but when the TV changes channel, the dialog box on the TV displays the aspect ratio automatically. Prior to hooking the x1 to
    it, it always said 1080i for every channel. Through the x1, after the rescale, it says 720 for every channel. When I remove the x1 and put the receiver direct to the TV, it goes back to being 1080i again. I see that I'm not the only person having this issue
    as the support forums seem to be littered with similar threads.

    This seems to be a problem with the rescaling software in the x1...

    Xbox one digital audio sound connections

    if your denon has an arc then you may be able to go everything to amp, amp to x1, x1 to tv. we dont know that the x1 supports an arc though.

    also the x1 has an ir repeater on the rear for those of us who keep our components in a cabinet, other room, or out of a kinect ir blaster range. still have not heard if it supports hdmi cec.
