X1 flagship game the same as 360?

yea it lack a lot of content but hey DLC the EA way. its fun but luck content.

 

i think it is just click bate, the X1 has been popular to hate for almost a year, but the textures are much lower, frame rate is lower, less lighting effects(as stated in that article).

 

See they say in the article posted ...

"In the end, the Xbox One version is superior to the Xbox 360 port, but not as drastically as it should be" ..

It goes back to what I said before, Assassins Creed 4 ( just one example ) on XB1/PS4, not drastically different from the 360/PS3 version and a lot of sites said this aswell. Not sure what some people are expecting when a lot of the same people have said
the same as me, basically it took quite a few years things to improve "visually" on 360/PS3, what's so different now?

 

Nobody is saying the game is the exact same on X1/360 what they are saying is it's only a little bit better on X1 and a lot better on PC. If you spend 500$ on a new console I think you should excpect more then this. They are selling this game as a X1 console
bundle to sell systems.

You said it looked the same? or did I miss something.

Again, the same can be said for other cross gen games released so far, AC4, COD, not much difference between the 360/PS3 and XB1/PS4 versions. Many sites have talked about it, mentioned it in comparison tests so what makes Titanfall stand out?

 

"We" = People who followed what Respawn said about each version of Titanfall.Not what you think,read or speculate about people' writing.

 

The same can be said for any multiplatorm game.

 

You missed something. I have never played the game I said that allready the only time I said anything like that was when I was talking about why the game got delayed because I though they where going to look the same. And I was just about right the games
are almost the same.

 

Played both of these games xb1 more crispier and better.both doing well in sales i must say

I've only looked at still pictures of Titanfall on 360 and XB1, not seen comparisons of it actually running so couldn't comment there but from the pictures it looked very close between the two, maybe the 360 version looked slightly blurry/fuzzier but still
very close.

The point I'm trying to make is why are people making a big deal of Titanfall "Not being that much different" .. when loads of sites said the same for the games I've mentioned before, AC4, COD, not much difference between 360/PS3 -XB1/PS4 versions?

Some sites even said the same for the next gen "exclusives" .. Killzone, Ryse, Infamous, .. "Not a big advance graphically" from what we saw on previous gen.

Again though, I believe in time, once the developers get to grips with the new hardware we will start seeing some real differences, just like we saw improvements over time on the 360/PS3.

but in the GIF it is the other way around, the PC only looks a little better than the X1, but the X1 looks a lot better than the 360,

 

Digital Foundry finds that the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall runs at a 1040x600 native resolution, compared to the Xbox One's 1408x792 resolution.

I would say there is a pretty big difference.

 

graphics wise and detail and frame rate not at all the same. but titanfall was originally designed for the xbox 360. you can read about it. also titanfall on the xbone isn't even up to graphic standards yet and they have said they will be releasing updates
to get it as close to 1080p as possible without hindering anything game wise.

 

I am sure most people knew the engine that TF was built on was designed for last gen... basically making it a last gen game built for nex gen ported back to last gen...

but does it make a difference.... ??? really...
