X1 Elite Controller loose thumb stick

So it's been more than 90 days and the right thumb stick is loose on my elite controller. I can't schedule a repair unless I register the device, however there is no option to register the controller itself, only hardware such as Surface tablets, Xboxes
and Phones. How do I get this fixed?

my elite controller left thumb stick has come loose the right thumb stick is ok, I'm now on my second controller and this one has done the some thing, has anyone els had the same problem....?

Xbox One Controller - Analog Stick Faulty

Superglue my own thumb stick, sounds risky. Just keep sending back for replacement by MS. Eventually they will fix this and you will get XB1 controller v2 with fixed sticks...finger crossed. Of my two pads, one has loose left thumb stick and the other
has loose right thumb stick /sigh.

Sorry to hear about the controller problems. Unfortunately if the controller is no longer under warranty your best option is to buy a new controller. Definitely understand the frustrations with this, thanks for your understanding.

Zero Divided

X1 day one controller still going strong, almost no signs of wear, thumb sticks are still tight, 360 controllers i was replacing about once a year, sticks would get loose, or wear through the posts and then would snap.

X1 controllers feel cheap, but i find that they are lasting a lot longer than the 360 controllers.

The X1 controller is a total different beast compared to the 360 controller. Although the 360 controller feels more solid, I find the fluidness of the thumbs stick lacking; no real feel to them, especially after using the X1 controller. I find the X1 thumb
sticks are sensitive, so I can feather my moves better then the 360. I replaced one X1 controller because junior got juice spilt on the power button..... now the button stays down.
