X1 dashboard dimmed and no tiles loaded

Discus and support X1 dashboard dimmed and no tiles loaded in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Here's a couple pics showing it. Putting it to 'sleep' didn't fix it.     Dashboard issues today?

    Anyone else having any dashboard issues today? When I turn on, its signing me into Live but most of my tiles aren't loading.

    It does say on the screen that its probably a problem their end.

    Should have added the options to customize the dashboard.

    We can customize the dashboard with different background pictures and themes on the 360 so why don't Microsoft enable us to do that for the X1? Sure, we can change the colors of the tile but no background pictures? Or is there, and I just couldn't find it. I hope they'll add that in future updates because the it's very bland right now.

    Are you in the Preview program. If so, its a known issue and should be resolved
