Please help on this. I eager to download and purchase the Red Dead Redemption Nightmare collection after it was being release yesterday. I have set my console region and nation to United States and ever change my Microsoft account to United States with US
addresss. Thanks.

just bought a new xbox 360 and tried downloading the free full game carnival games monkey see, monkey do. Unfortunately, all i got was message "This offer is not valid in your region, or it has expired.". Hope somebody could help me what should be done here.

Can you try redeeming the Xbox 360 game either on Xbox.com (Xbox Games Store) or an Xbox 360 console first? After that, it should show up in "My Games & Apps" under "Ready to Install" on
your Xbox One.

Let us know how you get on.

 

I have played this game before on the 360 and I think its backwards compatible now so will it be in my install list as when I search this website the games don't come up just the lame avatar

As you can see its showing it as via the usa store but I have played it before so whats going on is xbox systems broke again

 

Aegis Wing never released here in the UK, which would be why you are unable to download it on your console, unfortunately. I'm not sure how you gained access to it on the Xbox 360 but it was never officially available in the UK.

 

I got it back in 2010 and completed it just wanted to play it really no biggie.

It's from the Xbox 360 Arcade Collection disk

 

If you got it from there, that's why it's not in your download / purchase history. You never "purchased" the game directly from the marketplace to tie it to your account. Because it's not tied to your account, it won't show up in the ready to install section
of your Xbox One.

 

As Hyrule says, by not purchasing the game through the Xbox Marketplace, the game is not in your account's purchase history so your Xbox One cannot see that you've ever "owned" that game. And because you circumvented the Marketplace back then, there's nothing
that can be done now to either add the game to your account or resolve it by other means. You should still be able to play it on the 360, but won't be able to access it on Xbox One.
