    Hi all.

    Can I ask for a bit of what you think.

    I have Xbox 1 (2015) still working perfectly. & I still love the unit.

    I have a few games that I need to restart to finish them properly, they've been started & I then started another game & I can't play 2 games at the same time.

    But I was thinking about getting the Xbox x (not the s), but I've seen on the internet that in 2027 there's going to be a new gen coming out.

    Should I wait you think or....

    Is the xbox series X going to make the xbox One X and S outdated?

    The next gen Series X will be more powerful with more capabilities, but in no means will this make the current gen One S/X obsolete. Games will still be released and supported for the next couple years.

    Technically current gen is Series S/X, but that would be considered next gen. Series S/X games won't work on a One. The One would be current/last gen.

    X enhanced games are just for the one X not the S

    As for 120hz though they can display it games are still max 60fps. The series x which is the next gen xbox will be able to do 120fps games
