    So I haven't changed anything at all. All setting and cables remain the same. Yet now it just refuses to do it. I've tried trouble shooting, googling and even using Xbox help guide. Nothing is coming close to fixing it. Like it just refuses to out of pure pain in ass. Anyone having similar problems?

    I was playing Battlefield 4 when it got really bad. however it doesn't happen with just that game it's not an in-game issue. I've had this happen to me while playing multiple different games it was just last night was the worst time that I've seen it. Had it kick me multiple times just sitting at the Xbox homepage. I've had this happen to me since the first Xbox One. it's followed me from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X the series S and the series X. Could it be related to my account?

    Hey there fortworthdave.

    After the game closes, are you able to re-enter and continue opening gifts? If you haven't already tried, give the game an uninstall and restart your PC, then reinstall it to see if there's any change.
