X cloud wont connect to my new cyberpunk xbox one x console

HI i currently signed up for Project X cloud and was using the content happily on my scorpio edition one x which x cloud was setup on

My Android phone and other Xbox such as Xbox companion and Xbox Game Pass , find the Cyberpunk console and i can still download

content from my android Phone to the new Xbox the old xbox is back in its box

Procject X Cloud still logs in on my Android Phone and i can play X Cloud games from the server so this why i am puzzled?

When select stream my local content from new console the app says press connect to pair console and keeps saying the same

it stream direct from my Cyberpunk Console , is it because both xboxes are on the main account?

I am at a loss i have reinstalled my phone and xbox companion app and game pass and i can install games remotely

So is it a problem with X cloud or is it because X cloud was registed to the scorpio edion my new console serial end in 117

please could permisions be set to the cyberpunk console Please help?
