    Owning Different Consoles

    I have an X-box, X-box 360 and a Wii. I am not sure why I kept the X-box once I got the 360. I like the 360 and the Wii the best. The kids enjoy the Wii the most, there are more kid games for the Wii.

    Hi! I think since you can't just uninstall the Xbox app, you have to make use of a workaround like the one mentioned here: Windows 10 remove Xbox

    Hello!

    The Xbox app is considered to be a core component of Windows and cannot be removed. It is not recommended to make any changes to it, as it can impact other services on the computer. The app and services have a very small footprint, is there a reason you're
    trying to remove them?

    Hi,

    I don't see why you need to uninstall this app, it takes up a tiny amount of hard drive space, and it won't make your PC quicker if its become sluggish recently. The Xbox App will not cause your machine to slow down, nor does it cause any other interference
    with the usage of your device.

    That being said, you can, if you so wish, actually remove pre-installed Windows Apps, including the Xbox App. Although it's not recommended. Also, when Windows 10 gets an update - especially a major update - there is no guarantee that the App will not be
    reinstalled again.

    Here's how:

    Right click on the Start Menu and run the Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    At the PowerShell prompt, copy and paste the following command

    Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

    Then press Enter on the keyboard

    So it will look like this:

    This will remove the Xbox App from your Windows 10 Install.

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

    How can I install a game I own on a different console with the same account?

    Hi just thinking, x box A is linked with my brother’s account who has the game pass. I think my brother hasn’t bought the game, but with x box A being linked with his, I was able to get the game. X box B is linked to x box A but not directly linked to my brothers x box so that’s why it didn’t let me get the game. Problem solved I suppose.
