X Box X set up issues with monthly games code.

Hi. Bought our Daughter a brand new x box x. Weve set up as per instructions and completed the relevant download. When entering the 25 digit code for the monthly 10.99 pass the machine just keeps whirling around, doesn't move on. We left it for a couple of hours yesterday and again today, still no change. Weve completed the payment pages etc..... Can anyone please advise, this is the first time weve bought anything like this for her, gutted shes not able to use it...... thanks everyone x

Kindly try doing a hard reset on her Xbox by following the steps below;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try redeeming the code online at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem.

hi thanx for the reply think the problem we are having is since he set up his new x box ove lost acrss to the games we share on my x box one wixh was fine before he set up his series x

I love dead or alive game series, when i got dead or alive 5 it was doing good on my x-box 360 then i heard about dead or alive 5 ultimate but they say you needed to have x-box live to get new characters and costumes so i downloaded x-box live now i cant
play either games, because x-box live "family Settings" which i have tried to deal with but everything tried would not do. Please help me , to set up x-box live "family Settings"

Choot Em Dead

Trying to set up a new X Box one to DirecTV. I'm lost at the input "satellite box remote code". I spoke with Microsoft, and they told me to contact Directv for the code. I contacted Directv and they told me they have no idea what code I'm talking about and
that one doesnt exist - to contact Microsoft.

Any ideas? Also, my tv has a 5 digit remote code and x box only accepts 4 digits. Thanks!
