X Box won't sign in

Before you make a factory reset, try to delete your account from the console, and add it again. That might help.

power cycle on your Xbox. This step works well when the console is set to "Instant on" power mode, and it will also clear the cache.

Aside from that, restarting your network hardware can help. Just unplug the modem/router for a few minutes and then try again.

Hi, thank you for the reply! It will let me sign in to his account on my phone, but when trying to sign in on his x box it comes up with the message "we can't sign you in.try again in a few minutes or check service status in x box assist ( Ox87DD19) it's done this since Friday, and is the same when trying to sign in my my x box account!
