    For two subscriptions and x box live is telling me that i havent paid cant get ahold of anybody worst experience ever definitely going to cancel will NEVER have anything to do with xbox ever again....ps4 is better anyways

    ads causing game to freeze up

    I spent an hour with a support person on the problem for an hour. It turns out it was an x-box support person & this is a X-box forum. What we need is a Microsoft Casual Game support contact & there is none. I don't think anyone from X-box or Microsoft
    even look at this forum.

    Audio CD player app is "Unavailable"

    Just talked to 2 different people at Microsoft support and was told that the audio cd player wasn't even published by Microsoft and has been removed from the store by the publisher. I don't know what to believe but the the X-Box One is a joke.

    Check if you have the option to access the game settings and try to look for the game language.

    Or check with the game developer to see if they can provide you a link that contains the game guide how to change the language settings.

    Or re-install the game
