    X-Box Live and Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    I changed my email on all my accounts including Microsoft and X-Box. I can log on to all of the accounts, but Microsoft Solitaire Collection still does not connect via X-Box Live.

    I'm having a similar problem. It just started happening the other day. I'm no longer able to logon to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my desktop computer, but I can on my laptop (both devices use the same x-box login). When logging in on the desktop
    I get a 1170000 error. I've tried the solutions offered through the link provided, but no joy. When I do the tests, logging into x-box as suggested, there are no problems, in fact when I try to play Microsoft Sudoku, Minesweeper, Word Games, or Treasure Hunt,
    there is no problems, only when I try to play Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my desktop computer.

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, no joy. I've tried resetting the login, no joy. Not sure what else I can try.

    Ok, somethings you need to check, first that you have the latest updates on your Pc, after that be sure that the predetermined browser it's Microsoft Edge, then that the Pc it's configured in a region with Xbox live access

    Finally if you take a screenshot of the error screen, remember that you need to have your Xbox app and Console companion logged in with the same account

    FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ricardo!!!!!!!!!!! TYVM!!!!!!!!! Your are the FIRST reply I have had that said I had to sign in to the Console Companion. I opened the app and clicked "sign in". I did not have to enter a password, but it connected to Xbox Live and all of my history restored!!!!! I am very happy and appreciate very much your help!!! Thanks again and have a great day!!!
