    Im currently not able to sign into my xbox Profile. When i click on the option to log in i can put in my pin then it just then buffers and then just takes me back to main screen without logging in

    Hi, thank you for the reply! It will let me sign in to his account on my phone, but when trying to sign in on his x box it comes up with the message "we can't sign you in.try again in a few minutes or check service status in x box assist ( Ox87DD19) it's done this since Friday, and is the same when trying to sign in my my x box account!

    I have also just tried to sign on my sons x box through the link on Microsoft and it said signed in but on the x box came up with message sorry we couldn't continue with this code (Ox80a4001a)
