    I have been a loyal Xbox and Microsoft customer since the launch of both products. I continue my loyalty with game pass and other ways to support the brand. Xbox has gotten me and friends through a lot of hard times while in the military which I served for
    24 years.

    Now you launch a new product and market it for a year that it is coming out. Then there is a limited pre order and on the day it comes out there are none for anyone who did not preorder. I do business with lots of other companies like Apple and Samsung and
    when they launch a new product there is a pre order and you can still get their product on launch day. How is this different for the biggest company in the world?

    This year the launch is the day before veterans day and I went to the store again out of loyalty to the company to make another product purchase and told if you didn't preorder there is no more until preorder again in January? So my plan to buy your product
    and spend the day entertaining my fellow veterans tomorrow with your product is not going to happen.

    So my questions would be these.

    How is it you can manufacture enough to send to every youtube blogger but not to the people who want your products?

    Why would you market something and not add the disclaimer of you can only get it by limited pre order, it will not be available in store?

    Why is the biggest company not able to ship enough products on launch day? Just a reminder there is a virus and a lot of us stay home to stay safe. So having your product available at this time would make a lot of sense.

    You can market to us but you can not produce the product you are promoting?

    I have a 65 inch, 4K television.

    Will I see a difference in graphics with the new X Box on my 4K?
    Xbox Series X will release Holiday 2020, given Xbox's track record of releasing new consoles, they've usually been around November.

    It will have Blu-Ray.

    With the Xbox One X, it uses checkerboarding to get 4K resolution, though it's not true 4K, it's what allows the One X to get to 4K,

    With the Xbox Series X, it will use true native 4K, you may see that the Series X will look a little better at 4K than the One X at 4K.
