    X Box Series X repair issue


    My new X box series X was returned on 11/4 using the dublin address label provided by microsoft as disc drive never worked from start. Paid UPS £23.99 for quicker delivery (6-11 business days) - the tracking states has been in german warehouse since 14th of april.

    When you ring ups you eventually get cut off and never get an agent to speak to and I cannot find a contact no for Microsoft either.

    Who do I contact about this I paid a lot of money to get a console with apparently a known defect and I am getting nowhere.

    Thank you for any assistance.

    If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

    If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

    Disc Drive Issue - Hardware or Software Problem?

    This is the same issue I had with X Series X console. It's a hardware fault. You will need to get the console repaired or replaced under warranty.
