    Why are you not selling the console on your site, (Microsoft.com) I bought my 360 here, and my first Xbox One here? Why push all the 3rd party retailers, Walmart advertises for the scalper's for Christ sake. I have been a X box owner since 2003, held a Microsoft gold account since it started, why is there no customer loyalty program or appreciation from MS to give active account holders a better crack at purchasing here, rather than the absolutely insane plan you are currently rolling with? So sad

    they are going to do a reserve program for insiders (lol). this is a kick in the teeth to people that don't want to be insiders. and with the chip shortage globally which is the main reason for the shortage this will go on for many many more months.

    It's not Microsofts fault.

    There is a chip shortage that is affecting the production of all electronics at the moment due to the pandemic.

    There's a shortage of loads of electronics,not just xbox consoles.

    You'll just have to keep checking various places & hope you are quick enough to snag one when they are made available.

    They do, when they have stock to sell.

    You can join the test currently going on by becoming an a box Insider on a pilot program to get in line for one

    The shortages eill continue for the foreseeable future in all kinds of manufsctured goods. Youre just going to have to be vigilant or patient to get one
