X Box Series X Availability

Why are you not selling the console on your site, (Microsoft.com) I bought my 360 here, and my first Xbox One here? Why push all the 3rd party retailers, Walmart advertises for the scalper's for Christ sake. I have been a X box owner since 2003, held a Microsoft gold account since it started, why is there no customer loyalty program or appreciation from MS to give active account holders a better crack at purchasing here, rather than the absolutely insane plan you are currently rolling with? So sad
