X-Box Series S won't connect to Internet

Discus and support X-Box Series S won't connect to Internet in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; X-Box Series S won't connect to the Internet (even though it says its connected).     X-Box Series S won't connect to Internet


    X-Box Series S won't connect to the Internet (even though it says its connected). I've restarted and did a power cycle and still have the same issue. Tried to get into System Console info to reset the console but the page is stuck on loading. Please help.

    Update: Got into System Console info. Wouldn't let me reset and save my games and apps.

    If I buy the xbox one version of hogwarts legacy will I have to buy it again if I upgrade to series x/s?

    You'll still be able to play it on the Series S/X, but the quality won't be as good as the Series S/X version.

    No. You can use the One version on the Series S/X. It just won't look as good as the Series S/X version.
