    X-Box Series S switches off while playing game.


    Hi, I bought Xbox series S two years back. Usage was approximately 12 - 15hours weekly. I started facing issue with my console wherein i started playing Mafia3 and while playing console would switch off itself after 15minutes of gameplay and then as soon as I start the game again it switches off instantly. I’ve tried all the steps as mentioned in support to overcome the issue, but the problem still persists. However if I don’t play any game but keep my console switch on straight for two hours just to check and guess what it doesn’t switch off. Im not able to get in touch with Microsoft support or any authorised service centre as I’m currently residing in India. Can somewhere suggest what should I do?

    Digital code XBOXONE/XBOXS

    While the Series S is capable of 120hz output, almost no games on it support it. This is the budget system. It's not made for power.

    If you wish this feature you're better off purchasing Series X

    What do you mean? How’s it going? I just bought two versions of this game and they seem to not be correct.

    Does X box series X games work on a series S console or no?

    And if not is there a way to allow me to still play these two games?

    Can both the XBox One X and Xbox One S play games for both the Series X and/or Series S?

    Xbox One games can be played on the Series S/X, but Series S/X games cannot be played on the One.
