    X box series s constantly crashing


    Hi there

    After playing call of duty successfully for 4 month my Xbox now crashes within minutes of starting up. The problem is getting worse ! It started with to being able to play games (freezing the restarting it self) the to crashing even when just using internet explorer. To not being able to log into my account after restring Xbox because x box crashes 2 minutes after start up. Considering putting in bin ?

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

    Please try to carry out the solutions below.

    Solution 1:

    Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

    Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

    Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

    Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

    Solution 2:

    Go to console settings, general tab>network and internet settings>advanced options>alternative mac address>click clear. After that restart your console.

    Solution 3:

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

    Select the option to keep your games and apps so they are not deleted. If it doesn't work, do the same procedure again, but this time chooses to delete everything from the console.

    Hi there

    I have tried all of the above and more with no success. In fact it get worse. I've come to the conclusion is to do with graphics. Now attempting replacement through warranty. More difficult than expected!

    I’ve sent in my xbox series x twice now, waiting for the 3rd one to arrive. You definitely wont get the same xbox back. If the xbox doesn’t work this time I have to switch to the series S or goto playstation. (Game disc wouldn’t read, it would crash constantly.. or home screen me)
