x box screen recording problem

hi I cant able to record the scree with x box

"we cant able to record now please try again later"

this error comes up

but my friends who are using windows 10 is able to record the screen both are using pc and I m also using pc tell me how to fix it

I asked this question before but cannot solved the problrms

sorry but I cant able to take that error screen shot

I have my windows upto date and I am trying to record my gameplay on gameloop and also sometimes I want to record my web activities

Your X Box is possessed...burn it before it's to late! Lol. It probably has something to do with the "preview" as mine has been flaking out a little since the update...

"X Box Go Home" sometimes registers as "Record That". Went to get a glass of tea while at the home-screen and came back to the console watching Twitch.
