    Purchased a one month Xbox ultimate game pass and the screen just freezes after entering the code and accepting the terms and conditions. Any ideas how to resolve this?

    Thanks for clarifying it. If I purchase the x-box game pass which is Rs 489/month plus taxes and add the x-box ultimate which is Rs 699/month. What will I be charged for each month. Is it Rs 699 or Rs (699 + 489)?

    Also what happens if I don't have any active subscriptions and I directly purchase the x-box ultimate game pass. I am asking this coz everywhere its mentioned that this one upgrades the existing plan.

    Did you have x box games pass ultimate active if so then you should've waited till it expired then add it before upgrading it

    gamepass not sharing properly

    As ngocphi has pointed out, you can't download X/S games to an Xbox One console. The account with the actual Game Pass Ultimate subscription can play these games via the cloud but cloud gaming is not sharable. It is a feature only available to the account with the subscription. A second account on the "Home" Xbox One will not be able to play any X/S games through the cloud unless they actually purchase Game Pass Ultimate.

    Yes sir. EA Play will be added to Game Pass Ultimate on 10. November along side the Series S/X launch.

    No. Series S/X games won't work on a One. The only way they can be played on the One is if they're available through cloud gaming with Game Pass Ultimate.
