    You guys X-Box Live have charged me 4 times $13.55 for a service i never received and you still charge me ever month what a ripoff stop this and give me a full refund now

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently requesting a refund for your subscription.

    I would first verify that the account you are using is the one with the subscriptions by checking out the

    Services and subscriptions     page.

    Order     has provided you a link that you can use to request a refund for the purchase. However, I would instead recommend

    this     one as it provides a catered experieince towards subscription.

    He said he has open Nat type, if anything is 160 ms latency, but more than likely something wrong with his ripoff box I suspect because I have the same *** problem
