X-box pive rewards

Discus and support X-box pive rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have been an X-box live member and a X-box live rewards member for a few years now, and not once have i received any credit for my automatic renewal...     X-box pive rewards


    I have been an X-box live member and a X-box live rewards member for a few years now, and not once have i received any credit for my automatic renewal of live membership, just wondering if this can be explained to me why I haven't. as I thought this would
    automatically update by itself if the account was being tracked

    My Holiday Punchcard Not Awarded But I Met All Criteria!

    I posted in X Box Live Rewards Forum:
    forums.xbox.com/.../4415522.aspx     on 5th January, had nothing since, contacted X Box support and X Box Rewards team several times via twitter and getting either no response (X Box Rewards) or useless responses telling me to post in/tweet to different places
    (X Box Support). Instead of passing the buck why not just sort this issue out for me please!

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
