X Box payment

I have uploaded the payment in my xbox account and got the message "The payment option on an existing subscription was decline, blocking this purchase" I check the account at account.microsoft.com/service, but I don't find an answer what to do and be able
to play fortnight X Gold.

Visa credit card payment can't be authorized

Yes it happens on the console AND the site. Don't know what to do. it just simply sais; can't authorize payment try a different payment option. Tried to delete it and renew it but my x-box live subscription is on it so i can't remove it before calling etc.
this is to much effort.. ( yes cr card works fine with the x-box live payment monthly).

I purchased live gold for x box £39.99 in February my granddaughter put code in tonight and I have been charged £6.00 it says for 3 month live as I already paid for 1 year don’t understand why it has come up with this code no is 2CWPX-CHX7X-CMM6C-46K4Y-3FXWZ
