    OK, again THIS IS A NEW CONSOLE AND ALL UPDATES WENT GOOD, I Said this console is new and all updates completed. Internet speed not an issue I got more than needed. When I place in my COD Black ops 3 disc in and start playing after a round or two console
    goes back to Home screen. Is there a xbox tech that can explain to me ,WTH it does this. I can't be only one with the f up issue.

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

    I can verify that x-box one games will transfer from web to the x box one. The free game of the month will only work on the 360 there is no backwards compatibility feature on the x box one as of yet.
