x box one x resets when I try to play some games

Hi everyone, My x box one x keeps resetting itself when I try to play some games. To start with it was just 'For Honour' now its Red Dead 2 . I cant get past the initial subtitle set up screen. It always resets at the same point. I'm now on my third X
Box One X, the previous two having been sent back for critical hardware failure . I've tried everything, all the fancy button pressing, complete system reset etc etc Any help greatly appreciated.

everytime i try to play a game or watch youtube, netflicks ect…. my x-box live disconnects then reconnects. I tried restarting the x-box and I reset my router. still the same problem.

can anyone help me play my x box one games on my PC? im trying to play nba 2k18 on my x box which i bought it in x box one console. please help me.

 

Hello Gaz,

Sorry for the issue with the console. Do you have the console plugged directly into the wall? Having it plugged into a surge protector or extension cord if not getting the full recommended power from them can cause a lot of issues. I do know red dead 2 has
been taking a lot to run, as in some parts you can hear Xbox working hard etc. Not sure if it a game flaw.

I see you have done pretty much all the troubleshooting possible to your One X. If this was happening to a single game, then it could be a software issue, but due to it being multiple titles a hardware problem seems more likely. If we can confirm that this
