    x box one x keeps turning off NOT over heating


    Just looking for help at my wicks end , every time i try and play any game or app that wants to connect to the internet it just shuts down and you have to turn it off at the wall . i have tried wireless and wired internet but no joy and also have tried
    using my phones internet as well so any help would me great

    NFS Heat - Not Launching

    hi hope this WILL WORK!~ when i just bought the game feb 28th i was so disapointed why it wont go past splash page.... and let you press A to start the thing. HERES how to get it on 100 percent! dis-connect the internet cable to your x box 1
    or which ever model of x box you own. do a hard re-set. hold your finger on the on off button on the console, for 10 sec. then turn the x box back on again.. DONT PLUG THE INTERNET CABLE IN YET TO THE CONSOLE..... then open the x box to need for speed heat..
    it will let you now press the A button.. to get started.. follow the prompts, WHEN IT COMES TO THERES NO INTERNET then plug your internet back into the console. and you will be good to go... happy racing! its a great game from what i see so far!

    Overheating Xbox

    The xbox one consoles have a heat protective system in place to prevent it from getting damaged. If you use the xbox one x, the cooling system that it contains is a plus to help keep it from turning off on you unexpectedly. Otherwise you should be ok.
    In the event it turns off on you just let it rest for a few before restarting. Happy gaming friend.

    Connection problems

    Reset your modem and do a hard reset of x box one by holding the lit up x button on the console not the controller. Hold it until the box turns off. This should help you all.
