    X Box One X breakdown - seeking ideas about problem


    Hi, I have two X Box One X questions. First, while my X Box 1 X connects with the internet, I cannot get the console to connect to the splash page for either Fallout 76 or World of Tanks. The software
    begins downloading the pages but stops during the download and begins chattering as though the disk drive is not reading or storing (not sure which) data.

    I have an open VAT and I do not have the dreaded "UPnP not successful" problem. Those issues were resolved a month or so ago. I am seeking ideas about what might cause the download problem I briefly described
    above.

    Second question, I want to know where game progress for each game is stored. My most recent back up occurred before I did the new BoS quest lines. Will I get credit for these if I need to get a new console
    or will I need to repeat the quest line?

    Appreciate any ideas that might salvage my X Box 1 X until I can get an X Box Series X.

    Trying to set up a new X Box one to DirecTV. I'm lost at the input "satellite box remote code". I spoke with Microsoft, and they told me to contact Directv for the code. I contacted Directv and they told me they have no idea what code I'm talking about and
    that one doesnt exist - to contact Microsoft.

    Any ideas? Also, my tv has a 5 digit remote code and x box only accepts 4 digits. Thanks!

    Re Signing in problems

    X-Box One - Can't log in, rebooted the router many times and no help. Rebooted the X-Box many times and no help. Even when the X-Box is sitting next to the router it will drop out. Computer's are fine, log in and no drop out at all, even the computer that
    has a wireless connection and is in a far bedroom. The X-Box is constantly dropping out and always a problem with log in. Carrier is Spectrum, no problems there. Out of two Windows Ten computers, a Samsung Smart TV there has never been issues, but X-Box is
    a constant problem.
