X box one won't start without re starting every time

Somehow this game started off in a foreign language. I cannot find a way to stop the play and start over in English. Every time I click on the game

Icon in the x-box home screen or in "Games" it goes right back to resume the game in a foreign language. Can I somehow re-install from the Microsoft store?

An amazing number of problems is resolved by cold starting the X-Box One. I had several issues just to get this game to run without sitting at an endless loading screen. Turns out it wasn't the game it was the X-Box One. By clearing the X-Box One cache
that allows for quick starting in less then 30 seconds it fixed this problem as well as the later problem with only being able to Auto save. A few days after the loading screen fix I had lost electricity while playing and had thought the save file damaged
in some way. I cold started the X-Box one and it fixed that problem as well. To cold start: Make sure your X-Box One is turned off, remove the plug from the wall, wait 2 minutes, plug the X-Box power cord back into outlet, and turn on the X-Box One. You
should see the 3 little dots being highlights left to right. It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3-4 minutes. The second time I did this after I had lost power it took almost 4 minutes to start.

I got the PC version today and I can tell you the X-box got a cheap port. The PC has full wheel support and force feedback. Also you don't get those annoying crash cut scenes every time you bump into something. They still have them but they are way fewer
than what you see on the X-Box

The PC version is not without it's problem though, it starts to lose frame rates after playing for a while and the graphics start to degrade.

You have to Delete both saves from your X-box and the game. Also any cloud saves. Then start over. There are some that are having luck with starting the game on an old save and then from game menu, load the one you really want. This worked alot with past
Bethesda Games. I did it often with NV and it worked every time. I'm back to level 14 for the 5th time and all the latest updates. Things are still working fine this time. I did completely remove everything from my X-box and started from scratch though.

Remember the clue here lies in the name X Box One! One device that does everything. Well out the box it won't do everything not unless you live in Japan or the USA. So it's a false statement from Microsoft to start with.
