X box one wont load up

been a preview member for six months or so. just got the new dashboard update and now my x box wont load past the green start up x box one screen please help. also i would have posted in the preview section but i cant get into it.

Xbox not loading past start up screen

im having same problem . wont load up on disc just gets stuck in loading mode . I then got gold membership still happening . I tried down loading free game w x box gold it down loads fine when you push to play it freezes

disregard this post. i did some reserch and used the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool and got evrey thing fixed. so thanks and lock this topic.

wont be one as well im sure they said games with gold will come to x box one in 2014 so i would expect it will be autumn 2014 when it starts up.

I bought a xbox one X white splatter paint edition and my bluetooth stopped working. My warrenty is up soon and xbox wont send me a box or contact me.
