X box one wireless controller - rumble feature not working properly

I have two xbox one wireless controllers... The first began having an abnormally weak rumble a few days ago... I then recieved another brand new controller today and it is having the same problem.... Seems like there is an issue with how the xbox is communicating
to the controllers... Already reset the console with an xbox agent over the phone and im still having the same problem.. What else can I do??

    :)

Have you also checked to see if there are any firmware updates for the controller; whilst it's unlikely to fix the issue it can't hurt to try.

To do this plug the controller please check the following support page: https://support.xbox.com/en-gb/xbox-one/accessories/update-controller-for-stereo-headset-adapter

Which is best for FPS wired or Wireless Controller

I'd suggest a wireless one. If you take FPS seriously, you probably have a pair of Trittons/Astros perched on top of your dome. The extra wires from the headset are bound to get tangled up on your controller at some point. I also suggest turning off the
rumble feature or removing the rumble packs from your controller all together. Rumble is not important and neither is the added weight.. The wired controllers don't have the extra weight of the battery. Removing the rumble packs will give your wireless one
a better feel. If you don't want to do that, I don't blame you. Just a suggestion.

I am trying to get my Xbox series X Controller to vibrate on windows 11 while playing games over Bluetooth.

“If you want to use features beyond basic control, you have to do it using either USB or the wireless adapter.”

I bought a Xbox wireless adaptor for windows, and the Rumble feature now works on Windows 11.

Thank you for the suggestion SwordofWhedon, as my problem is now Solved.
