    Can't connect to x-box live anymore?

    I have the newer x-box 360 s with the built in wifi and I was using it everyday until a couple days ago it would no longer read my wifi. I have tried all the solutions except for hard wiring it because I have a wireless internet service no hardline. I have
    no issues with older x-box with adapter it goes right to x-box live.Is there anything other than sending it in that can be done to resolve this?

    Greetings!

    Which security method have you setup for your wireless router (WEP, WPA, WPA2)? If WPA2, do you use AES only, as the encryption method?

    Do you also have WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) configured on our wireless router?

    If you haven't already tried what I'm about to suggest, then give the following steps a try and let us know that goes and we'll go from there.

    Go to Xbox One network settings and select the Advanced option and Alternate MAC address. Select Clear.

    Press and hold the Xbox power button until the console shuts down completely.

    Remove the power supply for one minute.

    Plug the power supply cable back and start your console.

    Fixed it by reinstalling the update using the offline system update tool afterwards it worked fine

    Tried connecting to wifi by wired connection it works but x box still wont connect wireless. Really need it wireless as dont have enough cable cant keep the x box in the hallway. Any other suggestions??
