X box one (two different households)

We have an x box one and we bought another one at Christmas for my daughter to keep at her fathers.

We also bought Xbox one.

She can’t log in to her account on the new one?

Any ideas.

She tried a few times and the new one just sits in a box and she takes the other back and forth between houses.

May I ask what is the exact error or issue that your daughter is experiencing whenever she is trying to sign in on the other Xbox?

Hi, I'm an Xbox ambassador, I'm not an employee of Xbox or Microsoft.

It is not possible to play on two Xbox's at the same time using the same Microsoft account. The best option would be to make a new account for one of them and make the system that this new account is on your home Xbox, this will still allow both to play your games and use your subscriptions at the same time.

Hello. Slightly different but related question i have a x box gold subscription but now have two x boxes in the house and not paying twice. Are they easily linked to the one account? If so how? Thanks in advance.

I play the game on two different X Box One consoles and a PS4 with no problems. Have 6 other friends (1P.C., 2 PS4, and 3 X Box One.) that play with no problems. Comes to a 100% satisfaction rate! Are you sure you're not sticking the disc into the toaster?
