    When turning on my x-box it turns off after a very short while. Why is that?

    We have done a reset, taken the chord out, waited 10 seconds before turning it on. Moved it to another socket. It never really starts up! so it's impossible to do other stuff. HELP!!

    Hi, the original poster states they power cycled and unplugged the system. This will clear cache.

    Hey there, are you certain you aren't accidentally turning it off via: Accidental touch, controller, Xbox App, etc? Also do any error codes pop up prior to the switch off?

    Hi, which Xbox One is it, Original, S or X? If it is the original, try cleaning the power button. Also try cleaning the vents out with canned air

    EVERYTIME I GET INTO A GAME , i get deconnected from live but when i Dashboard i get back online????????please help!!

    This problem happened with me yesterday. let me explain how I got through it..... I turned off the following ( X-Box 360, Cable Modem, Router) All three need to be shut off as I tried one at a time with no avail... After turning them off wait about 20-30
    minutes. Turn on the Cable modem first. Wait 1 minute. Turn on Router, wait 1 minute and turn on X Box 360.. My system has worked perfectly ever since...:)
