    The sound has just stopped working on my tv from the x box one It is not just on one game but all the sound is not working I have managed to get it to work through headphones. Tried soft restart etc with no joy. Sound on tv is working fine just not through
    x box Any Ideas please

    Hello AnnCasey,

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with audio on your Xbox One. To troubleshoot this, please try changing the HDMI port your Xbox One is connected to on your TV. Also, try switching HDMI cables, if the issue persists try
    another TV.

    Lamento que tenga ese problema y no pueda disfrutar de su consola, lo más probable es que sea el cable HDMI, intente cambiandolo o conecte el xbox a otra TV para ver si no es falla del TV dónde no se escucha. Si es falla del cable use un nuevo HDMI pero
    que sea "high speed" para que no tenga fallas a la hora de jugar.

    Thanks for your help but we have now reset all of the tv and for the time being this seems to have sorted it.
