    I recently changed my email address and now have tried to access my XBOX One.

    My old email is still showing although on my PC the Xbox is registered under my new email address?

    I cannot find anywhere how I can change my email address on the console in order to log in?

    Any ideas?

    Tel lines are now closed but have sent a message to Microsoft online

    Would you please try to sign in online Microsoft account | Home just to make sure you can sign in with the new email. If that's the case, we recommend performing a quick power cycle to your console then try signing back again.
