X box one S power supply BAD Service , No swap hard drive on repair.Will loose all game data

Have a 3 month old x box one S with built in power supply .That wouldn't boot up

After many hours on with help desk and lots of emails , I'm still no better off.I have to send back and they will swap, normally that would be OK but I have to redownload all the games.Thats not going to work as over 200gb on dial up speed as I'm rural
no nbn.

I suggested could they swap over the harddrive or repair my unit.But once again Microsoft said no.

I asked if they could at least send me a disk of game.

Answer no.

So you sold me a faulty product and now I'm inconvenienced even more.

Not mention the 21+ days it will take to get me a million hour old unit.

As a consumer we have choices ,I made a bad one by choosing Xbox over PS4.

XBOX 360 Data

Me and a friend are trading xbox 360's. If we just swap hard drives would we have all our data and avatars?

 

I have bought an used xbox 360 S from japan. It's power supply input is required 100 v-127 v

I have bought an used xbox 360 S from japan. It's power supply input is required 100 v-127 v and 50/60 Hz. But in my country 220 V 50 Hz. Then I bought step down transformer 220 v 50 Hz to 100 V, 20 W . Now, when I have connected my x box power supply
unit with this step down transformer 220 v 50 Hz to 100 V, 20 W, x box power supply orange lights (stand by) glows. When I push power of x box, it turns to green ( good power) lights and x box system switched on. But within 3 sec, x box console shuts down
and power supply box turn to red light. I don't understand why my xbox console is not operating with this converted power supply.

 

Micro$oft has went full dictator mode with the xbox one. They want to eliminate freedom of speech,and punish adults as if the adults are children. I'm all for banning modders,but the communications bans,and permanent communication bans i have read about
are ludicrous. Bans from playing multiplayer,bad rep banishment into ban rep lobbies only;it's preposterous. To add even more to that,players are still banned even when their temporary suspensions are over.

There is only one way to fight back against these private entities...with your $$$. move to PS4 and PC,their policies are much more at ease than this. Money talks complaining only squawks. This is coming from a player that has never had enforcement action
against his accounts,but I put my self in the shoes of others,who's stories I have read on the forums.

Your bad service with this hardware issue is just more proof that xbox is not a good choice for gaming
