x box one s has stopped getting switched on suddenly

Tried to create a repair order online as no service center in India but getting message saying "We’re sorry. The accessory or device you are requesting is not available. Please contact
Microsoft Support for assistance". Tried calling toll free number 1800111100 multiple times but call gets disconnected after entering all details. Its very frustrating.

One option is to try to get a new power supply diretly from microsoft, the other option is to get a power converter to use it.

It will get increasingly more difficult to find stock now that Microsoft has stopped making the Xbox One X and the Xbox One S Digital.

I would wait until they potentially announce the Xbox Series S which will be the cheaper version of the Series X later this year.

Sometimes if you switch Borderlands 3 in or out of performance mode, it'll stop crashing. Only seems to do it while playing co-op on the Xbox One X. Original model and S model are fine.
