    X box one S freezes in the home menu


    Hello, I would like to get a help regarding my x box one s that I bought recently, as soon as I bought it it asked for an update for the current version I updated it normally, and it was working normally, until I noticed that on some occasions
    when I went back to the initial screen it freezes the sidebar of the x box, it works normal but when I press the button "X" in the control of the x box to open the options bar it does not work, I wonder if this is an update error or if My console is faulty.

    Main menu Freeze????

    When i start the game signed in på x-box live the game freeze at the main menu.

    But when i start signout from x-box live it works... I'm getting pretty pissed here.. someone please help!!!

    With an X box one S I would like to know - if I pay 1 X box live Gold and define my x box as an "Home Xbox" if my 2 sons will be capable to play
    simultaneously (both in the same game) to a game like Call of duty WWII, assassins creed etc. ?

    How long ago did you buy it?

    Try a hard reset by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it back on again and see if that helps it.

    Can't play.

    If you're on your "Home" X Box One and Live/Internet goes down, it's as easy as "X Box...settings...network...go offline. Now if your home X Box isn't in your home...well, what did you expect?
