    My x box one s do not open. The light gets on for about one second and shuts down right away. It is brand new, just got it for Christmas and only used it about ten times (or 20 hours). I tried to unplugged it like it was suggested on your website, but it
    did not work. I sent a repair request an hour ago and I got the info by e-mail on what to do to send my console. Unfortunately, I will not be able to send it since the closest UPS depot is more than an hour away from where I live. Is there something else I
    can do to try to fix it? Help please!!!

    I don't see any other options.

    You will most likely need to drive the hour for drop off.

    One option is to try to get a new power supply diretly from microsoft, the other option is to get a power converter to use it.
