    X Box One S Disc is not detectable, and Service Request is returning an error


    I tried to create a Service Request as my Console disc drive is not reading any media (Games/movies) since I purchased it, but it is giving me the error:

    We’re sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later. ﴾BQhKhDfNO0u5w4Tp.38﴿

    After I tried in the local site it gave me the same error (but in Arabic)

    Cannot process Update

    i got the new x box 250 GB slim 2 day' s ago and it won' t take the update, my old 60 GB HDD downloaded the new update easily and is working fine, if you have an older type of x box that is not the issue. i am returning my new x box on monday, i'll wait
    until something better comes out,i spent $300 on a pile of crap, i think i am done with x box i always seem to have problem' s with them./ status code: 396B - 0000 - 3080 - 0515 - 8007 - 2EE2

    Hi there,

    are you seeing an error code or is it not detecting discs? if it's not detecting discs you may need to get support to request a repair.

    3D Blu-ray movies no longer play in 3D mode

    Issue still occurs for me. TV is LG OLED55E6T TV (firmware version 05.30.15).

    When playing 3D blu-ray movies through the X-Box One S blu-ray app, it will play the 2d menus but as soon as the disc switches over to 3D mode, the picture is lost completely with the LG input can't be detected screen soon appearing thereafter. If I unplug
    the HDMI cable from the TV and plug it back into the same input the TV will detect the video again.

    it sure would be nice...

    its sure nice the xbox has returned to being an actual gaming machine instead of a overpowered tv box. one guide has gone because it was useless, also the series s and x don't need it as there is no function for it.
