Are you able to look at/log into the Device service and replacement page where you would make requests?

Take a look at that site as once logged in, it should give you options on how to proceed and costs involved.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your X. I'm simply another gamer who also owns an X. Has there been anything that has happened to the system physically such as an impact, lack of cooling or airflow around the unit? Do you have an external USB
hard drive attached? If so try disconnecting the main power cord for a few minutes and disconnect the external hard drive then reconnect the power cord for the Xbox One X and try to restart again.

As for service I unfortunately am unsure about precisely how you might proceed, other than to simply have you try to contact Microsoft Customer Service here in the US and find out from them how best you might go about resolving the problem idlf it indeed
persists.

All I can really say is good luck my friend, I'm sure someone at customer service may be able to assist you buddy.
