If it is an account on a Xbox One console, the account is tied to a Microsoft Account email.

If your son still remembers the email and password to that account, they can simply re-download their accounts with that sign in information.

However, they don't sign in with the Gamertag name, but with the Microsoft Account email address.

Should your son have trouble remembering the email address, he can
follow the instructions here to try to recover the email.

I would guess it was just removed off of the console itself. This would just require it to be added back to the Xbox by signing in to Xbox live. I doubt he actually deleted the account altogether (which it's impossible to accidently do, since it requires
a lot to do so).

 

Hello S. Mathei, I'm presuming your son removed the account from the Xbox. With the email and password, you can add it back.

 

He don't rember the Passwort of his acount. We don't know how we can ask the password because the account is eliminated.

So if the account has been deleted from the Xbox Console you would simply need to download the account again.

To do this you will need the actual e-mail address. Just follow the article "How to add or remove a Microsoft account
on Xbox One"

If you all do not have the email address then try contacting
Xbox Customer Support to receive further assistance with this specific issue.

Thank you for contacting Xbox Forums support!

In order for an account to be Deleted, you would need to sign into the account on our official website, then agree to the Terms and conditions before "Deleting" your Microsoft account.

When the account is removed from the Xbox One it still exists and just needs to be re-downloaded to the console.

try to follow the steps in this link to try and find out what Email was used to create your account.
