X Box one power supply issue

Hi

My Xbox one power supply did not show up any LED when I tried to power up the device. I just left it for a week and powered on and suddenly started to work. After couple of days again same problem there is no LED indication and the no out put. I am not sure
what is this problem. Have any of you guys have had this similar problem

I am struck here please help

I have bought an used xbox 360 S from japan. It's power supply input is required 100 v-127 v

I have bought an used xbox 360 S from japan. It's power supply input is required 100 v-127 v and 50/60 Hz. But in my country 220 V 50 Hz. Then I bought step down transformer 220 v 50 Hz to 100 V, 20 W . Now, when I have connected my x box power supply
unit with this step down transformer 220 v 50 Hz to 100 V, 20 W, x box power supply orange lights (stand by) glows. When I push power of x box, it turns to green ( good power) lights and x box system switched on. But within 3 sec, x box console shuts down
and power supply box turn to red light. I don't understand why my xbox console is not operating with this converted power supply.

power supply compatibility

I purchased an Xbox one for ten years old child who does not live in US. In his native country we set it up perfectly well and it is working fine. Unfortunately, there is no sign whatsoever to assume that users may take their Xboxes to 220 v environment.
By mistake the x-box was wrongly connected to a 220v electric current and the power supply was burned out. My question here is that is the power supply for the other x-box machine compatible with the power supply of the other x-boxes?

Unfortunately, it does sound like the power supply might be going bad.

To be sure are you seeing the same issues with a new power supply (possibly a friend's power supply?).

Let's try running through all of the steps for the
Xbox Power Supply Solution as well.

If none of the steps work let's have you reach out to the

One option is to try to get a new power supply diretly from microsoft, the other option is to get a power converter to use it.

Do you have it plugged into a surge protector or directly into a wall? The X Box One was designed to be plugged directly into the wall, as it has a built in surge protector. The X Box One will not receive full power if plugged into a surge protector and
may give you problems.

Its plugged directly into the wall and still has the issue im just trying to figure out if its console or power supply
