X box one out of no where is struggling to connect to my Internet

Last few days my x box is really struggling to connect to my Internet my phone would not connect either I turned my Internet box off and on reset my phone it still would not work

With my phone I re entered the Internet password now my phone is kinda back to normal I did the same with my x box but nothing I try go onto my profile it says (0x87c40131) I downloaded ryse son of Rome it is on my games folder but I can't seem to play
it plus other games I download ages ago they won't load I can't play anything online I reset my x box one it still have the same problem and I'm getting sick of it.

All the lights on my Internet box are green so everything is on

Can't connect to Xbox Live!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow and to believe it or not, I'm having the same issues as well with my X-Box Live Account, and my internet provider is also mediacom here in Geogia. I been trying since last night to get it back runnning, I tried resetting, rebooting, even re-doing all
of my ports on my router, but nothing works, I tried running the X-Box Live test again and again, I can connect to the internet, connect to my router, but when it trys to connect to X-Box Live it fills up 1/4 of the bar then drops out... So I guess it is with
my ISP Mediacom..

Old School X-Box

I am trying to connect to x-box live using old school x-box, with a 2 month membership to x-box live. I know this is a lil outdated, but can still be fun.

The x-box is telling me that it cant connect, router for dsl is good, hooked up and connected to internet. I can view my IP address so that means that

It should work right? NO! not sure whats going on here????

Hey there Chris!

Hmm. If both your console and your phone are having issues, it sounds like it's an internet issue vs an Xbox console issue. Have you tried resetting your home network by unplugging everything from your router (aka the Internet Box) and waiting 5 minutes
before hooking it all back up? If that doesn't work and you're still experiencing connection issues on multiple devices, you may want to phone your ISP to see if they are experiencing difficulties.

correction, I cannot connect to internet. x box live seems to be working for minecraft. I got lots of updates when I signed in. I assume its working. how do I know for sure? I did check the internet settings on the X box for both xBOX and computer and
it says connection is good. I'm using wireless. any suggestions out there?

I have an x-box live account but even though it's showing my GamerTag, it still says I'm not connected to x-box live. I've checked and all of the other services are running fine except for x-box live. This has been happening since last week. It's probably
been about four days without no connection and I know that there's no problem with my internet connection. How can I check to see when I last renewed my x-box Gold subscription?
