X box One Microsoft Gift Card

I just want someone at x box live to know how disappointing it is that I purchased a 25 dollar Microsoft card for my so to buy v bucks. I instructed his 16 year old sister to help and she tried to upload it from his x box and then was instructed to do it
from her phone. The problem is she has her own x box account and it then uploaded the 25 dollars to her x box account instead of his. Then when she noticed what she did I immediately called x box and was told there is nothing you can do. I think this is
so sad. Very disappointed now I am out of 25 dollars and has no V bucks. I really think that this should have been done right thought the console as he is 6 and does not have a cell phone/computer etc. but she does so it loaded it to her account. Sad that
you belive humans dont make mistakes this could have been easily corrected. But no

does x-box gift cards work on x-box360? consoles

i was wanting to know if the x-box gift cards work on x-box360 consoles and can they be used on downloadable dlc such as mass effect 3 disc cause it says i need to put a redem a code from some kind of gift card i think but im not entirely sure cause i never
had to use gift cards my mother is afraid to use her debit card or credit card to buy the dlc off of the online dlc downloadable content my mom is just gonna ask walmart if the x-box gift cards work for the x-box360 system but i wanted to find out my way
XD so why not use this site and ask? i usually ask google if they can be used on such and such but i wanted to try this out
