X Box One Keeps Freezing

over the last few days my xbox one has consistently been freezing whilst playing games, is this a common problem or is it just me?

whilst playing fifa 15 its been stuck on the results page after playing a game without moving on for at least 30 minutes on 2 occasions and will not load up other games when this happens either

your assistance would be appreciated

Xbox one won't read discs

My x box one won't read any disc .I try x box one games,I try blu-ray ect.. keeps saying error. who do I contact someone about this?

 

Hey theluggster, try these troubleshooting steps, and let me know what happens.

1) Go to settings, disc and blue ray, persistent storage, and clear the persistent storage 3 times.

2) Turn off your console, unplug all the cords connected to the console, then place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds.

3) Delete and redownload your profile

having the same problem again so don't know if it is a software issue or hardware issue

 

I'm having this issue with COD Ghosts but not often. It happens sometimes but it has started doing this after the October update

 

If you have tried all the troubleshooting listed above, then I would suggest restoring the console to factory defaults. You will have to redownload your games again, but you will not lose any saved data.

Same problem here seems to off stopped for now hard reset plus unplug and install your game again
