X box one issues

I've had my Xbox one since day one. I've had and still having problems with my headset hardly ever working, my controller hardly being recognised and having to 'hard reset' more or less every time I turn it on so my controller will work of my discs are
recognised . Is there any solution to this really annoying problem ?? Cheers

X-Box Live

Hi All,

I have an X-box one and my son currently has an X-box 360. The Live subscription is currently in his name and we both make use of it. We are thinking of getting him his own X-Box one for Xmas and were wondering if this will affect the way we use Live?

Also, are we likely to get any issues having 2 X-Box ones on our home Network

Please look at what @XBF Jeremy Z posted and the other issue i had with headsets, is the privacy when playing online.

You've got three issues slammed in there.

As far as the controller have you tried doing the update that's on the X1? If not plug in the headset and run the update and see if that helps you out there with the headset and controller issue.

As far as your discs being recognized is it all of your games or certain games? Are you receiving an error message?

 

The discs don't bother me, it's the controller issue , I've bought a new headset, turtle beach , it's still the same, when it stops working I have to hard reset the bloody thing, nigh on every time.

How often do you regularly power cycle or restart your console? I have mine set to power off and not to the instant on setting and I have very few issues. As with every device containing an OS, it is best to have it run a complete shut down and restart once
in a while for system stability.

 

Again have you tried the controller update with the new headset?
